kashmira at the front desk offered me a very early check-in after my lengthy flight. she also provided a space for me to change clothes. stephan, the doorman, was friendly and offered assistance. the comfortable bed and the enjoyable rainfall shower created a relaxing atmosphere.

I found the location convenient for accessing various attractions. The staff offered excellent assistance with directions and local tips. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed the complimentary refreshments provided in the room.
The in-room safe was a bit small for larger laptops. I would have preferred something more spacious.

The club lounge access provided complimentary drinks. there was also a piano bar, this created a relaxing vibe. Breakfast was very good with a continental buffet. The variety was welcome!
The air conditioning was not working. I had to request a fan. this impacted my comfort slightly.

the staff were amazing. concierge service was really attentive. the room was pretty and i enjoyed the hot chocolate with marshmallows served daily. the location was good for exploring.
the air conditioning wasn't working well. i had to request a room change, handled efficiently.

The hotel is very close to the barbican centre. Moorgate station and elizabeth line are also within a short walk of about 5 minutes. this accessibility made getting to central areas very easy, especially tottenham court road.

breakfast service had a great international selection, and restaurant service was very attentive. the club lounge offers complimentary drinks and snacks between 5 pm and 7 pm, a great plus for the experience. the food was AMAZING!!!

The breakfast selection was great. I found a lot of delicious choices. the room was very clean. i also thought the staff were polite and helpful when giving tips, which i very much appreciated.
the confusion regarding my deposit refund was inconvenient. i found it disappointing that i had to chase this up multiple times.
